Dear Donnie,

I live near Kansas City, Missouri and am retired. Fortunately I am in good health and spend a lot of time fishing the Missouri river for catfish.

Recently at the Kansas City Sports Show one of the speakers, a Missouri Conservation manager from St. Louis, mentioned he could tell which boat would catch fish by how well they could position themselves.

I believe this is absolutely true.

I have owned a Digger Anchor for nearly 10 years now and use it religiously.

This river is full of snags and rocks placed there to maintain the channel for barge traffic.
If I didn’t have confidence that I would retrieve my anchor I’m sure I wouldn’t risk loosing it, and consequently catch a lot fewer fish.

Thank you for building this ingenious tool. I recommend it highly.

Yours truly,
Roy Schnell
